HANDICAP TOURNAMENT

This is organised for the ‘end of season' with handicaps
set relevant to ‘end of season' League results.

The programme for 2009 is as follows :

MIDWEEK HANDICAP TOURNAMENT

Remember –

Players must have played three times for the
club during the season .

NB – All players must be affiliated in order to play in semi-finals/final.

Matches will be six minutes each way with one minute half-time.

Five minutes between rounds - SO TEAMS (and umpires )
MUST BE READY TO PROCEED TO THE NEXT ROUND
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PRECEEDING ROUND .

Please move off court area as soon as possible after each round.

Please make sure your team has at least five players on court
at the appropriate time ready to play at the Umpires whistle
otherwise games will be forfeit.

Win = 2 points; Draw = 1 points.

No stoppages except in extreme case.

In the case of a draw at the end of a Semi-final or Final -
please see cabin door.

There must be NO DELIBERATE DELAYING OF PLAY
(eg slow back for centre or slow taking penalties) - play need
not be fast but must be CONTINUOUS ! Umpires will do there
best to keep the game flowing but will penalise for all
infringements as usual.
