Week 9 – July 11, 2019

Leisure Ladies banked a comfortable win over Whitmore X (26-18) in Group 1 of the Wolverhampton City Netball league with just one game left to play to complete the season.
Phoenix managed to steal all five points in a close 17-21 game against Chasetown Royals.
Group 6 saw Mac Arrows remaining at the top despite losing to Whitmore Green in a tense 24-20 thriller.

Week 8 – July 4,  2019

The Wolverhampton City Summer Netball league saw Group 1 current leaders Leisure Ladies dominate Sam 3 with an impressive 31-8 result, likewise hot on their heels Chasetown A netted a convincing 45 goals to club mates Chasetown Royals 16 securing second place with just two weeks remaining.

In Group 6 Sam 6 rose to the challenge playing some nice netball to topple current leaders Mac Arrows.

Week 7- June 27, 2019

The Wolverhampton City Netball league saw Sam 3 get the better of Ladybirds, Sam winning by nine goals in the top flight.

Wanderers pushed Sapphires hard in Group 2 but the Gems managed to step up a gear to gain the win.

Strong defensive play set the foundation for a Bluebelles 25-16 victory over Phoenix Scorpions in Group 3.

Week 6 – June 20th, 2019

It was a clash of the Club mates in Group 1 of the Wolverhampton City Netball league  between Whitmore X and Y with Y coming out on top after an exciting 32-31 victory. Unbeaten Leisure Ladies look like tbe team to beat with a convincing 41-22 victory over Chasetown A.

New team Fielders scored a respectable 17 goals despite losing out to winter Div 1 runners up Sapphires 17-41.

The Wolverhampton City Netball league saw the Ladybirds climb up amongst the league leaders with a narrow victory over Chasetown Royals in group 1. Chasetown A and Whitmore Y couldn’t be separated and settled for a 34 all draw.

Inspire dug deep to edge out Jupiter in a 22-21 thriller in group 4.

Group 5 saw Whitmore J victorious with a comfortable win over Zimmers 23-14.

Week 4 – 6th June 2019

Leisure Ladies got off to a winning start in their first fixture in the Wolverhampton City Netball league with a convincing 31-17 scoreline over Chasetown Royals in Group 1.
Sapphires faced Phoenix Hornets in Group 2, Sapphires although pushed close, managed to hold on for a two goal victory.
Whitmore T shooters were both in fine form, netting an impressive 50 goals to Diamonds 12 in Group 3.

The Wolverhampton City Netball league kicked off the Informal Summer season with 44 teams split into 6 groups based on results following 2 weeks of mini games.
New team Chasetown Royals gained a place in the top group but struggled under the experience of an in-form Whitmore Y side, Y netting an impressive 49 goals to Royals 16.

The Seconds saw Sam 2 get off to a good start against Wanderers, Sam winning 31-17.
